The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were outstanding; I was particularly impressed with the immaculate standards of the rooms and the inviting swimming pool, which served as a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Ayu, were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with scooter rentals and recommending nearby restaurants, all within a short walking distance, which enhanced our overall experience. The air conditioning in the room was effective, providing a comfortable haven after a day under the sun, while the quiet setting ensured a restful night's sleep. the location is ideal for accessing nearby snorkeling spots and the port, making our island excursions seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Mertasari Bungalows for anyone seeking an enjoyable and convenient stay on Nusa Penida, as it truly stands out as a gem in the area.
